Egidijus Lazauskas is the Chief Executive Officer of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai and a member of the Board of LTG CARGO.
At the beginning of 2017, E.Lazauskas took over the management of Freight Transportation Directorate of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai.
Following the transfer of activities, as of 1 May 2019, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of LG CARGO, the newly established freight transport company of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai, which continued the Directorate's activities.In 2020 the company was rebranded into LTG Cargo. Prior to joining the Lietuvos Geležinkeliai Group, E. Lazauskas was the lead of Ernst & Young Baltic's Infrastructure Projects Team.
He has also led Lithuanian and international teams of experts working in the logistics sector, participated in the preparation of a feasibility study for the establishment of a public logistics centre in Klaipėda, a programme for the development of the Klaipėda Seaport up to 2030, and carried out an analysis of investment projects in the transport sector in the Baltic States on behalf of the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction.
E. Lazauskas graduated from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering. In 1997 he received the Diploma of Environmental Engineer from VGTU.

Brigita Valenčienė is the head of the Personnel Management Partners Group of AB Lietuvos Geležinkeliai. B. Valenčienė is currently also a member of the Board of UAB Geležinkelio tiesimo centras.
B. Valenčienė held the position of Personnel Director in the country's largest milk processing company AB Pieno Žvaigždės for six years, before that she was the Head of the Sales Department of Kesko Agro, later she became the Head of Personnel in the same company. B. Valenčienė has extensive experience in organizational development and change management.
B. Valenčienė joined the Lithuanian Railways in 2017.
In 2002 B. Valenčienė earned Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) bachelor's degree in business management.
